"chiropractic is too expensive, I can't afford it" Well, let me tell you that in the Dec.2010 issue of JMPT (journal of manipulative and physiologic therapeutics) under "Cost of care for common back pain conditions initiated with Chiropractic doctor vs. Medical Doctor" supported with data from Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Tennessee determined that paid cost for episodes of low back pain were 40% less when care was initiated with a Chiropractor compared with a medical doctor!!! So what this demonstrates is the value of chiropractic care for routine care at a time when we are attempting to reform a health care system and contain runaway costs.
